Used Sharples XM-905 decanters thickening design (PM-95000BD) with 15 degree contour beach angle. 16″ double lead conveyor, axial flow with STC tile assemblies and BD disc, P-95-180 gearboxes, ring dam centrate discharge, 400 HP Reliance drive motor, 460/3/60 motor 452 Amp, Frame 5010Z, S.F. 1.15; 40 HP DC backdrive, 360 degree cake discharge with STC lined ports, grooved bearch, silencer rings, similar to PM-95000. VFD control systems added late 1990s. Used 100-200 hours since last reconditioning. Built 1987 and 1988. Used previously to thicken 1-1.5% W.A.S. to about 8% prior to anaerobic digestion.
